If your foundation is built on stress, burnout, and overwhelm, it’s only a matter of time before everything crumbles. That’s exactly where I was. I thought I was doing all the right things, working out, eating well, trying to stay motivated, but nothing ever stuck. No matter how hard I tried, I kept falling off track. What I didn’t realise was that my habits were built on the wrong base. And an all-or-nothing mindset. Constant stress. Zero self-compassion. And until I shifted that, staying consistent felt impossible.
Your life responsibilities often feel like an endless battle and...
You’re doing your best to make healthy choices, but life keeps getting in the way. The truth? It’s not your effort that’s the problem, it’s that your habits are built on unstable foundations like stress, overwhelm, and hidden beliefs that quietly sabotage your progress, even if you don’t realise it yet.
