When are the sessions?
You’ll never be locked into a rigid schedule. This programme is built to flex around your life, whether you train at home or hit the gym. Do the recommended sessions when it works for you, based on your goals and lifestyle.
When does the Beat Elite programme start?
As soon as you’ve made the decision to invest in your health, and completed your onboarding, you’re in.

What happens after the 30 days?
The choice is 100% yours. You can continue as a full Beat Elite member by picking the option that suits you best… Or, if you feel it’s not the right fit, no pressure, we’ll part ways as friends, no hard feelings. Either way, you win.
Do I need to be fit already?
Not at all! Everything is customised to match your current fitness level. No matter where you're starting from, we’ll coach you step-by-step to get fitter, stronger, and leaner, all in just 30 days. You bring the commitment. We’ll bring the plan.
What if I haven't exercised in a long time?
Whether you're brand new or already have some experience, your workouts will be fully adapted to you.

What results can I expect to get at the end of the 30 days?

I have a pre-existing injury, I don't want to make it any worse or have any set backs.
I have coached a lot of people who are new to fitness, coming for the first time, and have pre-existing injuries. There is a protocol followed and the programme will work around you and your abilities by working around any challenges you may face. My aim is to make you stronger for the future without any pain or discomfort.
What if I can't complete the classes expected of me?
I’ve coached plenty of people who were brand new to fitness, or coming back after injuries. We follow a proven protocol that works with your body, not against it, so any challenges you have are accounted for from day one. The goal? To make you stronger, fitter, and more confident, without pain, pressure, or pushing past your limits. Your future strength starts here.
